This page is intended to describe how the site is managed in relation to the processing of the personal data of visitors who consult it.
This is also an information made under art. 13 del d.lgs. # 196/2003 – Code on the protection of personal data to those who connect to the company website of Isolanplast (below "Website") by accessing web services by telematics. The policy is made for the Website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via link. The information is also inspired by the 2009/136/CE Directive, which introduced new rules on cookies, and Recommendation No. 2/2001 adopted by the European data protection authorities to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that treatment holders must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
The "owner" of the treatment, following the consultation of the Website, may process data relating to identified or identifiable persons. Owner of their treatment is Isolanplast, Lower Street Rio Major 4a/1 (GE), place of data processing.
Treatments related to the services of the Website take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the isolanplast company and are taken care of only by staff in charge of the treatment, or by any those in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
Computer systems and software procedures for the operation of the Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified stakeholders, but to possibly identify computers that connect to the site through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Web Site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and computer environment user's name.
This data could be used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and to check its proper functioning. The data could be used for the assessment of liability in the case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to access certain services, that is, to make requests for information to the addresses indicated on the Website results in the subsequent acquisition of the personal data entered in the request necessary to respond to them. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on demand.
